Highland Strata was founded in 1995 by the dynamic duo of Jeff and Kim Facer, with a vision to create a client-focused strata management company that would become a trusted partner to communities in New South Wales. Over the years, our company has grown exponentially and earned a reputation as a respected and reliable strata management business within both the Strata and Real Estate industries.

Our dedicated team comprises of nine local staff members who bring a wealth of expertise and passion to their roles, boasting a combined experience of over 75 years in strata management. Each team member is committed to providing exceptional service and tailored solutions to our valued clients.

Jeff Facer

Class 1 Licensed Agent | Strata Manager & Proprietor

Jeff brings a remarkable breath of experience and expertise to his role at Highland Strata, having started his journey in the Real Estate industry back in 1984. After obtaining his licenses as a Strata Manager, Real Estate Agent, Business Agent, and Stock and Station Agent in 1988, Jeff went on to operate a successful Real Estate office for several years. Recognising his passion for strata management, he decided to focus exclusively on this field and make a lasting impact on the communities he serves.

In addition to his impressive career in Real Estate and strata management, Jeff also dedicated eight years to teaching at TAFE NSW, where he shared his wealth of knowledge and experience with aspiring professionals. As an educator, he taught both the Real Estate Diploma Course and Strata Management modules, shaping the future of the industry by mentoring the next generation of strata managers.

At Highland Strata, Jeff’s extensive background, hands-on experience, and commitment to excellence have proven invaluable in providing exceptional services to clients. His unique blend of industry expertise, teaching experience, and leadership skills positions him as a driving force behind the company’s growth and success. With Jeff at the helm, Highland Strata continues to deliver top-tier strata management solutions tailored to the needs of each community.


Kim Facer

Class 2 Licensed Agent | Accounts & Office Manager

Kim Facer brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role at Highland Strata, having been involved in the Real Estate industry since 1984. As a Licensed Strata Manager and Real Estate Agent since 1995, Kim possesses an in-depth understanding of the intricacies of property management.

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping clients achieve their strata management goals, Kim focuses on the financial aspects of strata management. She is responsible for managing levies, ensuring timely payment of accounts, and preparing accurate financial reports. Her extensive experience and knowledge enable her to offer sound financial guidance to property owners, safeguarding their investments and maintaining the financial health of the communities she serves.

Kim’s commitment to excellence and her dedication to providing exceptional customer service have made her an invaluable asset to both Highland Strata and the clients she serves. Her expertise in both strata management ensures that she is well-equipped to navigate the ever-changing landscape of the industry and consistently deliver outstanding results.


Meg Weston

Class 2 Licensed Agent | Maintenance Co-Ordinator

Meg Weston joined Highland Strata in 2014 and is a highly skilled and versatile member of the Highland Strata team. Meg is responsible for managing various crucial aspects of the company’s operations and property management. Meg excels in ensuring Highland Strata’s clients are receiving a
high level of customer service and is committed to growing the service Highland Strata offers.

As a class 2 licensed Strata Manager, Meg is responsible for the maintenance co-ordination of the properties located in Bowral, Moss Vale, Mittagong, Bundanoon, Berrima, and surrounding areas.

Meg is actively working to compete her Diploma of Property to gain her class 1 licence.


Bradley Ford

Class 2 Licensed Agent | Accounts Assistant & Maintenance Co-Ordinator

Brad, holds a class 2 license and has been a valuable member of Highland Strata since 2010. Brad’s knowledge of strata and his clients make him a pillar of Highland Strata and a trusted point of contact for many clients. His primary responsibilities include the issuance of levies, preparation of Meeting Agendas and Minutes, and processing of Accounts Payable.

In addition to these duties, Brad is also manages a property portfolio across a wide range of locations from Newcastle, to the far south coast including throughout Sydney metropolitan areas, the Illawarra suburbs and the Southern Tablelands.


Stephanie Ross

Class 2 Licensed Agent | Administration & Accounts Assistant

In July 2017, Stephanie joined Highland Strata’s team, bringing with her over 13 years of experience in a supervisory role in customer service for the NSW Government, and 15 years in insurance claims and sales with a major insurance company. She assumes the critical responsibility of securing insurance quotes for Owners Corporations and collaborates effectively with solicitors to facilitate By-Law Registration.

As a licensed Strata Manager, Stephanie also undertakes various duties, such as front desk reception, greeting clients on arrival, arranging 184 Certificates (for purchasing Strata lots), Section 22’s (compliance for new lot owners), building valuations, and preparing for all strata inspections for solicitor/conveyance reports. Her experience and skill set make her a valuable asset to the Highland Strata team.
